However, it is less well known that they also develop a wide range of advanced technologies. They are leading innovators in the fields of bio-engineering, energy & environment, medicine and coatings.

You will be challenged to find new and novel product ideas based on the technologies and expertise of Fujifilm. Invent the future and bring your own solutions to big problems. You will have access to specialists in all of the key innovation competencies at Fujifilm. You will be coached on how to develop ideas, spot opportunities and test if your idea will contribute to a new sustainable product or business. It will be a great experience in a great international company and you will learn about creativity, innovation and thinking like an entrepreneur!

What is the prize?
The best idea will be awarded the Fujifilm Future Innovation Award 2017. The best team will be introduced to the European top management at Fujifilm during an all-expenses-paid trip to Barcelona. If the winning idea is adopted by Fujifilm you may have the possibility of working for a year at Fujifilm to further develop your innovative idea.
Who will participate?
Master students, from the University of of Tilburg, as well as students from the Applied Science Universities of Avans. By participating (depending on your host institution) you can earn credits, it may also lead to an internship, graduation project or even a job offer.
What are you going to do?
Over a period of three months, you will work in a multi-disciplinary team to develop new product ideas. You get a glimpse into the technological kitchen of Fujifilm. You and your team will peruse this entrepreneurial opportunity: you work on validating your idea and exploring if it is viable, and if it represents a real business opportunity. In short, you will face all of the key facets of the innovation and entrepreneurship process. During the challenge your mentor guides you towards a successful and winning proposal. Finally, your team will pitch your idea to a panel of experts and… may the best idea win!
