Sending documents

If you want to enrol at Avans as a bachelor's, master's or dual degree student, you will need to submit a number of documents.

Application documents

The application process will start once you have registered via Studielink. You will receive an e-mail with instructions to send electronic copies of the following documents:

  • for bachelor's degree students: a certified copy of your secondary school diploma or other prior education certificate. If you will receive your diploma later this year, you must upload an official statement from your school stating the date you will graduate and the academic title you will obtain.
  • for dual degree students: a transcript of records of the 2 years you have completed on your current bachelor's degree programme.
  • for master's degree students: a certified copy of your bachelor's degree certificate. If you will receive your diploma later this year, you must upload an official statement from your school stating the date you will graduate and the academic title you will obtain.
  • transcript of records
  • passport or front and back of national ID card
  • a statement of working knowledge of the English language, e.g. IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge. For details on alternative statements, please visit our page on English language requirements.
  • if you are a Chinese citizen: Nuffic certificate
