Application documents

The application process will start once you have registered via Studielink. You will receive an e-mail with instructions to send electronic copies of the following documents:

• A certified copy of your secondary school diploma or other prior education certificate. If you will receive your diploma later this year, you must upload an official statement from your school stating the date you will graduate and the academic title you will obtain.
• transcript of records
• NOTE: If your diploma and transcript have not been drawn up in Dutch, English, German or French, then please add a translation in Dutch or English.
• passport or front and back of national ID card
• a statement of working knowledge of the English language, e.g. IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge. For details on alternative statements, please visit our page on English language requirements.
• if you are a Chinese citizen: Nuffic certificate

As part of your application you are required to create a student file.

Please upload the following required documents in the application form:

• copy of your valid passport or of the front and back of your national ID card
• copy of your transcript of records of the last 2 years
• a statement of working knowledge of the English language:
  • Erasmus+ students: Online Linguistic Support (OLS) results
  • Other students: a valid official IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge certificate
