The rapid digitisation of today’s society creates public safety issues. Social Resilience in the Digital Society focuses on these types of issues arising within and between organisations with a societal ambition. The aim is to help these organisations improve their services to citizens, customers or clients.
To this end, the research group focuses on the moral, ethical and organisational perspectives on these issues. Its efforts help public safety professionals develop their competencies and support their organisations in the development, assessment and use of appropriate digital applications.
