Developing resilient futureproof students is at the heart of our programme where analysis, crises, adaptability, opportunities, and decisiveness go hand-in-hand. You will learn how to respond to uncertainties in a creative and assertive manner.

Why such a leap into the future? A business's 'long-term success' depends foremost on the ability to take advantage of attractive opportunities when they arise, while surviving adverse circumstances or rapidly-changing environments. These societal challenges will continue to have an even greater impact on business. In order to inform strategic planning and respond to these opportunities and changes, industry and business need to assess their resilience, anticipate the future, and creatively envision scenarios.
This innovative program is split into 2 quarters totaling 20 weeks: Organisational Resilience and Futures. During the 2 modules, students will:
Their toolkit will be comprised of: strategies, creativity, systems thinking, scenario analysis, and global awareness.
Students will be coached to achieve C1 written and oral English, and will have the opportunity to follow an additional language: Dutch, French, Spanish or German at A1/A2 level or B1/B2 level.
This programme is offered by the Academy for Valuecreation and Entrepeneurship in Den Bosch. At this academy it is also possible to follow the International Entrepeneurship programme.


You can obtain a total of 30 ECTS credits. Each component of the programme carries a number of ECTS credits. You are awarded the credits for the components if you receive a final grade of 5.5 or higher and have met all sub-component requirements. Each semester is split into 2 quarters. Quarter 1 you are assessed individually and in quarter 2 based on group work.

As an exchange student, you will continue to pay tuition fees to your home institution. This means you do not have to pay tuition fees to Avans.
