Learning community (12 ECTS)

Everyone has different ambitions when it comes to sales. One individual may aspire to an international sales role, while another may wish to become an account manager in the fashion trade or in a technical business-to-business environment. Real estate may hold a particular appeal for some, while others may be keen to start their own business.

The learning community will allow you to deepen your knowledge of those facets of the sales profession that interest you. You will develop a substantive portfolio based on your personal learning objectives. Theory and practice go hand in hand in the learning community. You will set your own sales assignments, and you will shadow various sales professionals in their work. You will make your own choices as the architect of your educational programme. During the face-to-face meetings you will be coached by instructors who all have a proven track record in sales.

Supporting courses (8 ECTS)

Apart from the practical skills in sales and negotiations, you will also need a solid theoretical basis. The minor therefore includes 2 theoretical courses per module that support the Sales trainings and learning communities. These courses cover various topics that you need to know about for giving content and meaning to the sales conversation and ultimately closing deals. These courses make use of online video clips and online workshops. In addition, guest speakers with hands-on experience in the business world will share their insights.
