In the International Finance programme, you acquire in-depth knowledge of several challenging aspects corporates are currently facing. You will explore (financial) value creation methods of internationally operating companies from a broad perspective and learn to apply actual models to assess integrated reports on a strategic level.

By learning and applying up-to-date methods to visualize processes and use data, you zoom in on the operational processes and explore possible improvements which will contribute to the overall strategic goals of the company.
This exchange programme is open to any interested and hard-working student with an interest in finance, accounting, and economics and curiosity about applying these themes to internationally operating companies. You need to have an open mind, an interest in working in intercultural teams. Also, a positive research attitude and appropriate English language skills (listening, reading, speaking, and writing) will help you finish this programme successfully.

During this programme you will learn to assess an organisation from its role in and contribution to society. You will learn to advise companies on internal and external (financial) reports, taking into account laws and regulations that apply.
You mainly participate in project groups. Presenting and discussing the progress of the different assignments you learn to understand the theoretical aspects as well as the application of it. In addition, working in project groups will help you to develop intercultural awareness skills as your fellow students come from all over the world. Some assessments are carried out in groups, and some assessments are individual. Different assessment forms will help you to improve your English language skills, i.e. reports, presentations, making a video, etc.
In this minor programme you can obtain 30 ECTS, divided over the following modules:

|---|---|
Business and Sustainability | 7 |
