Innovation and Creativity

This exchange programme focuses on genuine innovation projects for well-established companies. You will work in a mixed multidisciplinary group of 5 to 6 international students and create a new solution to an existing problem. You will develop it, brand it and launch it together with your fellow students.

Together you will pass through the phases of the innovation cycle during the collaboration process: problem finding, ideation, concepting and implementation. This allows you to develop your specific innovation and creative skills.

Assessment

In the bachelor of Business Innovation, we construct meaningful assessments that enhance learning and allow students to learn from feedback. Therefore we use programmatic assessment. The minor program will have many activities/tasks, or so-called data points, to work on the desired learning outcome. These data points give us, and you, information on the progression of your learning process. We will ask you to collect and share these data points.

Halfway, you will be assessed by a panel of two teachers. In the final high stake assessment, towards the end of the minor, you will present and discuss with us how you have grown and developed to become the best business innovator possible so the teaching staff can make a fully-informed decision based on all your activities during this minor. If you have demonstrated to meet the learning outcome we will grant you 30 ECTS.
